സത്യം: രക്തം നൽകുന്നത് നിങ്ങളെ കായികമായി തളർത്തുന്നില്ല. നൽകിയ ദിവസം മാത്രം അൽപ്പം വിശ്രമിക്കുക. 

മിഥ്യ:അടിയന്തിരഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ രക്തം കൃത്രിമമായി നിർമ്മിക്കാം 

സത്യം: രക്തം മനുഷ്യരിൽ നിന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ മാത്രമേ സാധിക്കൂ, നിർമ്മിക്കാനാകില്ല. 

മിഥ്യ: രക്തദാനം നിങ്ങളുടെ ആരോഗ്യത്തെ ക്ഷയിപ്പിക്കും 

സത്യം: അൽപ്പനേരം വിശ്രമിക്കുക, ധാരാളം പാനീയങ്ങൾ കുടിക്കുക. ദാനം ചെയ്ത രക്തം  ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കകം പുനർനിര്മ്മിക്കപ്പെടും

 മിഥ്യ : ശരീരത്തിൽ പരിമിതമായ രക്തമാണുള്ളത്, അത് നൽകുന്നത് അനാരോഗ്യകരമാണ്.

സത്യം: ശരീരത്തിന് ദോഷം വരാത്ത രീതിയിൽ 350-450 ml രക്തം മാത്രമാണ് എടുക്കുന്നത്
